Accepts Medi-Cal / PHP, VA, & Regional Ctr, or private pay. Alzheimer’s Services – Provides resources and information about dementia conditions for families and caregivers. Behavioral Health – Counseling with a holistic approach to mental wellness for adults 55+. Accepts many insurance plans plus Medicare. Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) – Provides care management services for adults age 60+ on Medi-Cal. Senior Nutrition Program – Nominal contribution asked of those age 60+. $10 per meal for those under 60. • Heritage Cafés in Arcata, Eureka, and Fortuna • Home Delivered Meals program for homebound seniors in Arcata, Eureka, Fortuna, and McKinleyville Redwood Coast PACE – Health care and support services to help qualified adults age 55+ stay independent and at home.
